Programs

Group home living provides maximum support and skill training, with staff present 24 hours every day.

Supervised Apartment Programs are located in single-site facilities where residents share apartments and staff members are available 24 hours a day on the premises.

Scattered-Site Apartments are located in neighborhoods throughout the community, where staff visit at least three times a week to provide training and support.

Amity House, TSI's Adolescent Housing Service, is a six-bed co-ed group home certified by the New York State Department of Social Services. Serving emotionally disturbed troubled young people, ages fourteen to eighteen, Amity House provides an alternative to institutional placement.

Young Adult Program serves adults between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one. The focus of this group home is on social skills, educational and vocational success.

Emergency Housing Service provides temporary housing for persons with mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 336 Forest Avenue, Buffalo. Contact (716) 886-0363 for Intake information.
